  3. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests made outside of the specified time frame will not be honored. It’s important to submit the request within the designated period to be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Amount: If the refund request meets the policy criteria, Global E Tickets will refund 100% of the registration fee.
  5. Processing Time: After submitting a refund request, members can expect to receive their refund within 7-10 days of the request being processed.
  6. In the event you are outside of this time frame, you would need to contact the event organizer.
